She/Her
My Qualifications:
My approach to therapy is warm, compassionate, and relational. It’s a huge honor to walk alongside my clients, holding their stories, their worries and fears, and celebrating their successes – big and small. I’m passionate about helping people live their happiest, healthiest lives through processing emotions, recognizing and breaking detrimental patterns, setting healthy boundaries, creating self-care rituals, developing emotional regulation skills, and more. My therapeutic process is tailored to each client—together we’ll figure out what works best for you!
My personal experiences with therapy began in college when I started struggling with schoolwork and mental health. This led to my ADHD diagnosis, after which things really started to “click” for me! I enjoy working with people from all parts of the neurodivergent spectrum. Much of my career has been spent working as a mental health clinician in public schools, specifically with middle schoolers. I’m also passionate about working with educatorys and helping them avoid burnout.
As for ecotherapy, I’ve always loved nature and found peace outdoors. I utilized nature-based practices in therapy before I knew the name for what I was doing. I trained with Philadelphia Ecotherapy, which helped me realize my dream of working as a therapist while also working outside!
Loves: my sweet dog Birdie, reading, museums, antiques (especially Victorian jewelry), crafting, traveling, laughing with friends, Philadelphia (Go Birds), and of course — being outside in nature.

Humans have known for generations what scientific studies are now confirming – nature is vital for our health and overall wellbeing. Research shows that spending time in nature is correlated with decreased stress, improved mood and focus, and even lowered risk of chronic disease.
Pairing nature with therapy with a trained professional, ecotherapy brings nature into the therapy space, with client, therapist, and nature all working together to facilitate healing and emotional wellbeing for the client. Prioritizing this intentional time healing outdoors often leads to a greater appreciation for the beauty of nature around us and the interconnectedness of all things, which in turn can be a stabilizing and grounding force in our busy lives.
For thousands of years, the Lenape have lived on and cared for Lenapehoking, a large area of land which encompasses what we now call Philadelphia. Much of Lenape belief and teaching focuses around respect for and the commonality of all living things. With that in mind, we acknowledge the importance of caring for the land and all of its inhabitants with the utmost respect and reverence.
